State rank vs AIR: UPCMET assigns a UP state rank based on NEET PG marks and reservation eligibility. Both AIR and state rank are used — AIR is the national NEET PG rank, state rank is UP's own merit list position.
PH seats: Physically Handicapped candidates (URPH, BCPH, SCPH etc.) have separate reserved seats within the state quota. Ranks shown are across combined R1+R2+R3 allotments.
