Total bond: ₹40,00,000 — comprising ₹30,00,000 undertaking (on ₹300 stamp paper) + ₹10,00,000 solvency certificate/bank guarantee. Service window: within 30 days of passing final exam, inform Commissioner of Health and offer for Govt/Rural service; if called, serve 1 year.
