Formity’s Background
We began our journey in 2016, when NEET-UG was introduced as the single national entrance exam for undergraduate medical and dental admissions in India (except AIIMS and JIPMER). In 2017, another milestone followed when NEET-PG became the sole entrance exam for postgraduate admissions across deemed, private, and government colleges (excluding AIIMS, JIPMER, PGI, NIMHANS, and SCTIMST).
The 2017 PG/MDS counselling season was chaotic, with rules shifting and deemed universities brought under state counselling—students were left confused. But even amidst the chaos, we saw how opportunities emerged: many students with modest ranks achieved excellent results simply by navigating the process wisely.
